To begin, click ‘work’ in the top nav of this site and BEHOLD! The triangles are excellent aren’t they? Now team that with the perfectly kerned neutra light font and we have a beautiful little site on our hands. The black and white photography works really nicely with the 3 colour scheme and the personalised message for each day of the week? Well it just makes you feel all warm inside doesnt it

Another MINIMAL! delight, I know we’re focusing on the typography here but the banner on this site is spot on. Combine that with the perfectly positioned text in the grid of 3 beneath (which you just KNOW took a lifetime to write in order to get the exact word count to sit beautifully in that space) and you have yourself an absolute typographical delight!

Now, lets play the name that serif font game, you said New Baskerville Semi Bold didn’t you? Well ofcourse you did! The fixed nav gives a nice feeling of depth to this site and the photography, well its just too cool isn’t it

Yes, that font is MASSIVE and DRAMATIC, and its safe to say you definitely couldn’t miss this site but… GOOD! Its an excellent example of great web design. The spacing and layout are all carefully considered and the font and imagery both compliment each other whilst working to portray that dusty hot dessert theme, infact one is instantly transported to the Mojave Dessert whilst mooching around this site!
